Anyone aged 0-100 is welcome! For convenience we’ve split each session into different recommended age groups.
Please arrive 15 minutes before your session start time with your email confirmation printed or ready to show on your phone. This can be found from your confirmation email. We’ll then exchange your tickets for wristbands so you’re ready to enter your session at your scheduled time.
Yes, you can pay with cash or via our POS terminal, but for a faster checking process we suggest pre-booking tickets using our online system.
Children 5 and under must be accompanied into the 3 main attractions (Fun City, Rampage Runner & The Labyrinth) by a parent/carer. Kids 5 and Under can enter Kiddies Kingdom inflatables alone while parents spectate. Kids between 6-9 years can jump alone with a spectating parent on site. A parent/carer must supervise while their child is in the inflatables. No exceptions.
All guests are required to wear socks at all times. You may bring any pair of socks with you to the event. In an instance where guests don't have their own socks, Bouncy Mania non-slip socks are available for purchase online and at the event. These socks can be reused for future visits.

No. It is recommended that a pregnant person only be a spectator at sessions but ensure to take measures to ensure your personal safety.
You have access to the entire site for the duration of time, but you jump session lasts 3 hours based on the ticket type you puchased.
No, You must stay with your child for supervision. It is your responsibility to supervise your young child.

Participants should wear comfortable clothing. Please keep an eye on the weather and dress appropriately. If the sun is out we suggest wearing knee or full-length pants to minimize exposed skin and sunburn. Light/thin activewear rather than jeans will keep you cooler and give you the most flexibility on the inflatables. Sun visors and sunscreen will be helpful.

Showing up late to your session will not prohibit you from being able to enter, however your 2 hour session will not be extended further than the original ending time.
Don't Worry. Your ticket is still valid for the same session on any day remaining in that event. Tickets do not roll over to another event location.
The safety of our customers and staff comes first and in the case of thunderstorms, heavy rain, strong winds or other adverse weather conditions that would pose a risk we reserve the right to postpone, reschedule, cancel or alter elements of the event or individual sessions. We keep a close eye on the weather ahead of our events and will communicate any changes as soon as we can to ticket holders via email, sms, and on the Facebook Or Instagram event page.
All tickets are final sale and non-refundable. In the event that your session is cancelled/postponed, don't worry! Your tickets will still be valid for any day remaining within that event location. You will receive an email outlining the steps to get you bouncing again. Tickets can only be used once.
We do not offer refunds. If you cannot make it on your selected date, your ticket is still valid for any date remaining at that location.

All turned in lost and found items can be picked up at the event during open hours. Please contact the manager or team lead at the park. You can call the number listed on your ticket confirmation.
