Anyone aged 0-100 is welcome! For convenience we’ve split each session into different recommended age groups.

Please arrive 15 minutes before your session start time with your email confirmation printed or ready to show on your phone. This can be found from your confirmation email. We’ll then exchange your tickets for wristbands so you’re ready to enter your session at your scheduled time. 

This is strictly a cashless event. Session tickets and other add on purchases (like socks and food chits) may be made online at the time of your booking. You will be able to pay for your food chits at the venue at the ticket booth using our point of sale terminals or from our website.

Children 5 and under must be accompanied into Bouncy Mania inflatables by a parent/carer. Kids 5 and Under can enter Kiddies Kingdom inflatables alone while parents spectate. Kids between 6-9 years can jump alone with a spectating parent on site. A parent/carer must supervise while their child is in the inflatables. No exceptions. 

All guests are required to wear socks at all times. You may bring any pair of socks with you to the event. In an instance where guests don't have their own socks, Bouncy Mania non-slip socks are available for purchase online and at the event. These socks can be reused for future visits.

Yes by purchasing a ticket persons have access to all inflatables based on session rules. Read about the dedicated time slot for Fun City HERE. 

No. It is recommended that a pregnant person only be a spectator at sessions but ensure to take measures to ensure your personal safety.

Each session lasts 2 hours

No, You must stay with your child for supervision. It is your responsibility to supervise your young child. 

Attendees will be broken into groups and given a specific time frame for jumping in the Funcity for crowd control and to ensure safe fun. Time slot will be 30 minutes long

To guarantee your spot we recommend purchasing in advance online HERE. Sessions do often completely sell out in advance of the event. If a session is sold out online this means it is full. No more tickets will be available on-site on the day. If there are tickets available for a session you would be able to pay on site. We do not accept cash at this event.

Yes. You need a ticket to jump with your child. Refer to Bouncy Mania and Kiddie Kingdom rules.

Yes. Spectator tickets are available for Junior and Adult Sessions. However for Junior sessions, spectators must accompany participating family member/friends. A spectator is not allowed into this sessions alone. 

NOTE: For Kids session a parent must simply purchase their own ticket and has the option of spectating or participating in accordance with Kids session rules.

You can print the ticket and show it as proof or simply show confirmation which you will receive via email.

There would be sufficient parking at all venues either on the event site or car parks adjacent to the venue

Because this event is cashless, chits are to be exchanged for items on sale at the event, each chit will be worth $10.

Participants should wear comfortable clothing. Please keep an eye on the weather and dress appropriately. If the sun is out we suggest wearing knee or full-length pants to minimize exposed skin and sunburn. Light/thin activewear rather than jeans will keep you cooler and give you the most flexibility on the inflatables. Sun visors and sunscreen will be helpful.

Yes phones are allowed. However it is your responsibility to keep it safe while in inflatables.

Inflatables are cleaned between each session.

Yes there will be storage lockers available for $10. Limited number available.They are first come first serve

We have a dedicated, enclosed, self-managed ‘Sneaker Storage’ tent where you can leave sneakers etc. This is unmanned though so it’s not recommended that you leave anything valuable.

Showing up late to your session will not prohibit you from being able to enter, however your 2 hour session will not be extended further than the original ending time.

Don't Worry. Your ticket is still valid for the same session on any day remaining in that event. Tickets do not roll over to another event location.

The safety of our customers and staff comes first and in the case of thunderstorms, heavy rain, strong winds or other adverse weather conditions that would pose a risk we reserve the right to postpone, reschedule, cancel or alter elements of the event or individual sessions. We keep a close eye on the weather ahead of our events and will communicate any changes as soon as we can to ticket holders via email, sms, and on the Facebook Or Instagram event page. 

All tickets are final sale and non-refundable. In the event that your session is cancelled/postponed, don't worry! Your tickets will still be valid for any day remaining within that event location. You will receive an email outlining the steps to get you bouncing again. Tickets can only be used once. 

We do not offer refunds. If you cannot make it on your selected date, your ticket is still valid for any date remaining at that location.

Yes there are dedicated seating areas. Limited availability so they are also first come first serve.

All turned in lost and found items can be picked up at the event during open hours. Please contact the manager or team lead at the park. You can call the number listed on your ticket confirmation.

Since Bouncy Mania’s aim is to provide opportunities for local businesses, we have partnered with vendors who will provide the food service. Outside food is not allowed in the event. Food chits are available for purchase from our onsite vendors.
